As the Operational Risk Policy Business Analyst you’ll support the Operational Risk Policy manage in a number to deliver key activities to support the FsCoE. You’ll be involved in critical FSCoE projects, such as Consumer Duty. The successful candidate will work closely with the Reg Policy Manager to develop their PMO skills.
The difference you’ll make.
Supporting the Reg Policy manager with ongoing regulatory projects using Bank’s standard governance approach e.g. RAID
Supporting the manager with stakeholder meetings e.g. preparing packs, taking minutes, arranging meetings, tracking actions
Analysing current processes to streamline the process and ensuring supporting communications and training material all align, whilst maximising customer outcomes.
Working with stakeholders and SMEs across Financial Support and the Wider Bank
What you’ll bring.

Understanding of FSCoE systems
Understanding of FSCoE processes
Understanding of bank policies
Previous experience in working in an operational risk area

This is a full-time permeant position based at the Santander Milton Keynes head office.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which can be discussed with the recruitment team during the hiring process.
