Personal Assistant
We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support three senior stakeholders within our Buying Team: Head of Accessories & Shoes, Head of Contemporary, Sports & Essentials and Head of Superbrands, International & Designer.
Within this role you will provide seamless administrative support, including diary management, whilst developing a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of our Buying division to ensure smooth running of the office.
About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for diary management for three Heads of Buying, coordinating key meetings, building flexibility into the diary and anticipating needs. With regular domestic and international travel, you will prepare agendas and book all travel arrangements to ensure they are in the right place at the right time.
You will also be accountable for:

Screening incoming telephone and email enquiries, directing them appropriately.

Reviewing incoming correspondence: distributing and responding accordingly ensuring necessary follow up.

Administration duties such as preparing letters, reports and other documents.

Conveying a professional image for Harrods at all times, exercising tact and diplomacy in handling a range of situations

Handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

About You
You will be a seasoned Personal Assistant, throughout your career you will have provided support to senior members of the leadership team, at Director level or equivalent. Your prior role will have been within a large, corporate business – you will have in depth understanding of business needs and supporting colleagues across said business model. Experience in a luxury, be it a retail store or standalone brand would be preferred.
Presenting yourself in a professional, diplomatic and tactful way, you will convey a professional image for Harrods at all times. The ideal candidate will also possess:

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Visio.
