Employment Key Worker
Salary £25,000
Permanent office-based role - Preston
Our Key Worker’s empower, engage, build and maintain effective rapport with our participants with the end goal of them entering sustainable employment.
Daily you will:
- Provide intensive support with job search on a one-to-one basis and in group settings,
- Support participants to make a great CV and ensure they are confident in interviews
- Identify barriers such as household income concerns, health & wellbeing of the participant and any care for dependents that may impact on progression towards work
- You will also signpost to Mental and Physical health support, suitable workshops and external organisations for any specialist support they may need.
As a Key Worker you will:
- Have experience working in a performance target driven environment,
- Be confident delivering one to one and some group-based interventions
