Job Description
The Community Paediatric Team at Kings Mill Hospital are looking to recruit a part time Patient Pathway Co-ordinator Support working 24.5 hours per week over a 5 day period.
Responsible for the prescription process, including printing requests, taking requests from patients. Answering patient queries and liaising with clinicians to ensure the required timescales are fulfilled.
Audio typing of clinical letters/reports to support the clinical typing team.
Supporting the PPC team
Answering telephones
General admin duties including photocopying, and filing
Reconciling clinics and task sheets
Booking and re-arranging appointments if required.
