Job Description
We are currently seeking aPart-time Receptionistwithin our busy Reception Hub based at Great Yarmouth and Waveney Acute Services, Northgate Hospital. The ward is an 18 bedded unit with an attached 136 Suite. We also house the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment within the Unit.
This is aFixed-term position for 6-months,15 hours per week, in the Reception area of the Unit, with working hours between 09:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday.
- You will be the first point of contact within the Unit and will be expected to demonstrate effective team work skills. The role will include call handling, greeting visitors, scanning documents and other administrative office duties including reception work.
- You are also required to complete day to day operational tasks such as alarm testing, issuing badges, logging maintenance work.
- You will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage.
