Principle Purpose of Position: To supervise the Golf Operations Department, ensuring members & guests receive an exceptional level of service delivered to the standards set by London Golf
Club. Supervises the daily operation of corporate golf days and member competitions.
To assist with creating a positive working culture amongst Golf Operations where staff feel engaged & motivated to deliver an exceptional level of service.
Location: Golf Services & The Clubhouse
Key Responsibilities: Golf Operations Supervision
Oversees Golf Operations including:
- Golf Services
- Golf Event Operations
- Tee Sheet Management
- Rules & Etiquette
- Golf Cart Fleet Management
- Powakaddy Management
- Rental Club Management
- Golf Operations Amenities

Supervises the daily Golf Operations including:
- Bag Drop
- Driving Range
- Staging / Archway
- Starters
- Player Assistants
Trains, develops & motivates the team to achieve club objectives
& personal KPI’s. Evaluate performance, reward, recognize, discipline, address complaints and resolve solutions.
Communicates internal policies & procedures for Golf Services.
Provides a full SOP training manual to all Golf Services staff.
Responsible for all golf reservation procedures through the Golf
Reservations team.
Responsible for the full compliance of Tee Sheet Management.
Responsible for providing immaculate buggies & Powakaddies to members & guests.
Manages the Golf Services rota, ensuring effective staffing levels to provide exceptional service.
Maintains accurate daily & monthly records of rental clubs,
Powakaddies & buggies, working with suppliers to report any defects or damages.
Train & Supervise the Golf Services team to provide exceptional service to members & guests.
Manages the Golf Service bag storage operation with accurate records of member names.
Prepares the cleanliness of buggies in compliance with the
London Golf Club SOP manual.
Maintains an accurate record of radios and earpieces.
Ensures effective induction & training is given to every Golf
Service staff member using the SOP training manual.
Controls the non-stock inventory and reports monthly count to the Director of Golf & Finance Director.
Safeguards all rental items and files daily checklists. Maintains accurate records of daily checklists, starter sheets & POP sheets.
Works in conjunction with the Golf Sales & Events Coordinator &
Tournament Coordinator to deliver the Golf Day experience.

Ensures full compliance with Golf Genius when coordinating
Corporate Golf Days and member competitions.
To ensure the regulations of the Health & Safety at Work Act are fully met, including COSHH and comply with standard employee health & safety at work responsibilities.
To participate in any relevant training for the duties of this role and to achieve the key objectives of London Golf Club.
To comply with London Golf Club Equal Opportunities policy.
Maintains flexibility to adopt new and different responsibilities as issued by the Director of Golf.
Financial To ensure all financial regulations and procedures are adhered to
