As NHS Scotland's unique provider of a national tele-health and tele-care service, we are responsible for the delivery of health advice and information by telephone and online services to the population of Scotland 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. NHS 24 is a patient-focused service providing the people of Scotland with triage, advice, guidance, referral and information on health and healthcare services
Where We Are:
Our Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen. This role can be based at our Lumina Regional Centre. NHS 24 also supports Hybrid Working.
This Role: Learning and Development Advisor
As a Learning and Development Advisor you will lead the delivery of core leadership and management programmes such as our new “Management Essentials” Programme, design and deliver CPD training, embed and coordinate feeder programmes within our Early Careers Framework and consult across the business to bespoke interventions at an individual, team and organisational level. You are influential, a vessel for change OD proficient whose knowledge and skills will support us to develop our culture, increase the capability of our managers and ensure staff have access to the training and development required to deliver high quality services.
We are one of 7 special boards and unlike a territorial board we have around 2000 employees, across 13 sites, which means we are more agile with staff having greater involvement and scope to innovate.

Qualifications & Experience
Educated to Degree level or possess the equivalent knowledge and experience.
Working patterns
37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
